End of a Chiswick era

This morning I took my last ever commute to work on the District line. I have to say, it was a pleasant-enough journey (I got the train at 7.10am to beat the rush), but I definitely won’t miss it. My heart is already in Aberdeen, and while I have one more week to go before I join my man, I’ll be staying in the Greenwich area for a change of London scenery. Gerrod and Kristy have been spactacular hosts and acted like I should have been there all along, which is nice. I’m sure they’ll be most pleased to get their spare room back on Sunday!
